Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre reported deputies are looking for a South Lafourche man with 14 warrants for his arrest with bond amounts totaling over one million dollars. On Monday, May 14, 2012, Judge John Leblanc issued 14 warrants for the arrest of Nicholas Dalby (W/M, D.O.B. 02/07/79) after he failed to appear in court on a number of charges.
All 14 warrants are for the charge of Contempt of Court for Dalbys failure to appear in court to face charges including Aggravated Arson, Domestic Abuse with Child Endangerment, two counts of Violation of a Protective Order, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS), Possession of a Schedule III CDS, four counts of Simple Criminal Damage to Property, two counts of Simple Burglary, Attempted Simple Burglary, and Illegal Carrying of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon.
Dalby is 58 tall and approximately 205 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He has tattoos covering his entire right arm and a gravestone and skulls tattooed on his left arm. He drives a silver 2006 Toyota Tundra extended cab pickup truck. Dalby is believed to be in the company of a female acquaintance, Richele Guidry Hebert (W/F, D.O.B. 09/25/80), who is described as being 52 tall and approximately 100 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. Heberts last known address is P305 Palmetto Street in Golden Meadow.
