Detectives in Search of Armed Robbery Suspects

Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced a reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of two men suspected in an armed robbery that took place on the night of Friday, September 21.

Through investigation, detectives learned at around 11:30 p.m. on Friday night, two male subjects kicked in the door of a residential trailer on St. Louis Street in Raceland and robbed the occupants at gunpoint. The male subjects then left the house on foot and fled to St. Philip Street where they entered a dark-colored car with a temporary license plate and headed toward LA Highway 1.

One of the subjects is described as a slender B/M with long dreadlocks, while the other is described as a slightly heavy-set, dark-skinned B/M with short dreadlocks. Detectives also believe the suspects’ car may be a Chrysler 300 and could be black or another dark color.
