Public's Help Sought to Identify Vehicle Burglar

Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced a reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest involving vehicle burglaries in the Thibodaux area.
 
On Sunday, June 22, deputies responded to the 200 block of Edley Street in Thibodaux in reference to a vehicle burglary believed to have occurred overnight. Deputies learned a bag containing an undisclosed amount of money was stolen from inside the vehicle. Detectives also responded, and through investigation, they learned of another attempted vehicle burglary in the area and were able to obtain video of the incident which occurred late Saturday night.
 
Detectives are asking for your help in solving these crimes. Anyone who recognizes the subject is asked to contact Crime Stoppers Bayou Region at 1-800-743-7433 or by texting “GIVEATIP” plus your message to 274637. Tipsters can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a reward up to $1,000.00 in cash if the information given leads to an arrest.
