Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre reported the arrests of four additional suspects on Monday, October 24 in connection with the shutdown of a methamphetamine lab in southern Lafourche Parish last month. Lafourche Parish Drug Task Force Agents arrested Kirk Terrebonne (W/M, D.O.B. 11/22/1983) and Corey Pennino (B/M, D.O.B. 09/19/1992), both of 159 E. 143rd Street in Galliano, Jessica Terrebonne (W/F, D.O.B. 10/15/1983) of 155 Delgrandile Lane in Golden Meadow, and Nicole Pitre (W/F, D.O.B. 08/22/1986) of 167 E. 144th Street in Galliano, all on meth lab operation charges. Last month, Lafourche Parish Drug Task Force Agents shut down a meth lab in Galliano and had arrested alleged meth cook, Christian Chef Sudduth.
Sudduth had been arrested on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, after a three-month investigation into the Galliano meth lab. Through their investigation, Drug Task Force Agents learned of Sudduths involvement, and subsequently, learned of the involvements of several other individuals, including the four arrested Monday.
All four suspects were arrested and charged with Creation/Operation of a Clandestine Lab for the Unlawful Manufacture of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and transported to the Lafourche Parish Detention Center in Thibodaux. Kirk Terrebonne had also been arrested for an outstanding warrant (Contempt of Court) and is being held in lieu of $25,500.00 bond. Jessica Terrebonne is being held in lieu of $25,000.00 bond. Nicole Pitre and Corey Pennino have both been released on $25,000.00 bond each.
Drug Task Force Agents indicated they have also obtained warrants for James Billiot (D.O.B. 09/12/1983) of 161 Delgrandile Lane in Golden Meadow and Jeremy Billiot (D.O.B. 12/15/1972) of 108 West 12th Street in Larose. Both are wanted for Creation/Operation of a Clandestine Lab for the Unlawful Manufacture of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in connection with the Galliano lab.
