There she submitted to a breathalyzer test, and the results showed Reynolds had a blood alcohol concentration of .161g%. After being warned he would be arrested if caught driving again, Scott told the deputy he would leave the vehicle parked at a friends house and would not drive. About an hour later, the deputy spotted Scott driving again, this time on Plantation Avenue, and initiated another traffic stop. Scott was placed under arrest and transported to the Lafourche Parish Detention Center for booking. Scott was also found to be in possession of a plastic bag containing 14 smaller bags of marijuana.
