Houma Man Charged with Second Degree Rape

Sheriff Craig Webre announced the arrest of Roger Campbell (age 30) of Houma on Wednesday, January 13. On Wednesday evening, investigators learned Campbell was talking with a woman at a Raceland residence when he began to make sexual advances toward her.
