Community Service and Outreach

Public Safety Cadets Post 323 proudly provides community service at various events throughout the year, including:

  • Child Identification (Child I.D.) Program:
Cadets assist with collecting fingerprints and DNA swabs from children, which are provided directly to the child’s guardian. The completed Child I.D. form is retained by the guardian and can serve as a critical resource in emergency situations. This information helps law enforcement quickly activate systems such as the AMBER Alert and can aid in the positive identification of missing children.
  • Event Support and Community Assistance:
Cadets assist with large community events such as fairs, banquets, community vigils, festivals, and corporate or civic gatherings, helping ensure events run safely and efficiently while representing public safety agencies in a professional manner. 🎪🤝
