Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre and Golden Meadow Chief of Police Michelle Lafont announced a man has been arrested for multiple sex offenses involving a teenager. Ryan Greene Sr., 37, of Golden Meadow, was arrested on Friday.

Earlier this month, juvenile detectives began investigating allegations involving Greene and a female juvenile as initially reported to the Golden Meadow Police Department. This allegedly involved inappropriate touching and text messages. Greene had also allegedly used a hidden camera in a bathroom to record video of the teen which was later discovered on one of his personal devices. Following an investigation, detectives obtained a warrant for his arrest.

On September 25, 2026, Greene was booked into the Lafourche Parish Correctional Complex on charges including pornography involving juveniles, indecent behavior with a juvenile, video voyeurism, and sexual battery. Bail is set at $310,000.
